We are known worldwide for our Jerky! We currently carry 23 different varieties of our great jerky. We prepare all our jerky right in our shop in Clear Lake, Minnesota. We use real wood smoke, not liquid smoke to give our products a wonderful, homemade flavor.

Sticks

We have nine varieties of award-winning sticks. Sticks are made similar to jerky, we use only the finest ingredients. We use real wood smoke—not liquid smoke—to give our sticks a wonderful, homemade flavor.

• Hot Sticks—A hot version of our popular beef sticks! Made from 100% beef, these sticks spice up any party!
• Jalapeno Cheddar Sticks—Spicy, but not too hot. Made with beef, cheddar cheese, and jalapenos, these sticks have great flavor!
• TexMex Sticks—Our hottest stick yet. Made from beef and pork, it has that unique southwest flavor.
